These are some of the components in the 3Legs program:
- scholarship to provide tuition, room and board for students at the University of Fondwa
- internship program for university graduates
- rural tree nursery (with all its ancillary programs)
- community microcredit program
- adult literacy program
- basic business education program
- impact evaluations in communities
